Production Team Member Job Description

The Production Team Member is responsible for operating and monitoring key parts of our manufacturing process, which involves batching raw materials, operating machinery such as extruders and mills, working with robotics, and manual handling and lifting.

This role requires the ability to work rotating day and afternoon shifts, 35 hours, 4 days per week. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and have a strong focus on safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks
