Job Overview

As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing multiple complex projects, analyzing data, and driving process improvements. Your ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and problem-solve will be essential in achieving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end process of integrating third-party suppliers on our platforms, creating products, updating product SKUs, and managing delivery services.
  • Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement changes and drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and innovation, driving business outcomes through strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, category management, sourcing, or related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • A degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field is preferred.
