Job Title: Wealth Management Office

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wealth Management Office Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the financial services industry.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the NSW State Manager and Administration Manager, as well as assist with the administration of the entire office. This will include coordinating events, managing the branch inbox, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior management
  • Coordinate events and meetings
  • Manage the branch inbox and respond to queries
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and document management
  • Assist with the administration of the office, including maintaining organizational charts and phone lists
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years' experience in administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of financial services industry preferred, but not required
