Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at Conexson, a leading specialist Disability and Aged Care staffing agency. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional healthcare services to our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering High-Quality Patient Care: Provide patient-centered care in accordance with established standards and procedures, ensuring the highest level of care and compassion for our patients.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and effective patient management, leveraging your strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient Assessment and Intervention: Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Education and Support: Provide support, education, and guidance to patients and their families, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
Requirements:
- Registration and Experience: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse, with proven clinical experience in a similar role.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
