Role Summary:

This position is responsible for supporting the social performance team across Australia.

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in Social Performance, including Social Impact Assessment and/or Community and Stakeholder Engagement roles.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, social sciences, public policy, journalism, or a related field is required.


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Social Impact Consultant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the social performance team across Australia, liaising with other internal consultants to deliver project outcomes, undertaking research such as sentiment analysis and stakeholder mapping, developing communication materials and project collateral, and preparing high-quality reports for clients.

  • Interest in ESG frameworks, circular economy, climate change adaptation, and resilience.
