This role is pivotal in our Dementia Centre, supporting people living with dementia as they transition between different levels of care. As a Workshop Facilitator, you will play a crucial part in capability and capacity building, focusing on educational programs and training initiatives for staff, caregivers, and stakeholders involved in dementia care.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in training and education, ideally within a healthcare or residential care setting. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage audiences quickly and build strong rapport.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs that cater to diverse learning styles and needs
- Evaluate and refine training initiatives to ensure optimal outcomes
- Foster a collaborative environment, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices among team members
- Conduct documentation and reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability
- Pursue ongoing professional development, staying abreast of industry trends and innovations
About You

- You possess a minimum of two years' experience in program delivery, with a focus on face-to-face and online settings
- You have a dynamic personality, with the ability to engage audiences and build strong relationships
- You excel in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on empathy and understanding
- You are proficient in training technologies and software, with a willingness to adapt and learn
- You commit to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment, prioritizing diversity and equity
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
- A maximum term contract up to 30 June 2028, aligned to the contract and funding of the program
