We are seeking a highly skilled Process Analyst to join our team.
Process Design ExpertThe selected candidate will be responsible for analysing current processes within Fund Services, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement, and designing future state processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyse current processes within Fund Services to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Design and document future state processes
- Engage with business users to capture existing processes and systems used
- Capture regulatory obligations, business rules, and operational controls within the processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure usability of outputs across various stakeholder groups
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in a Process Analyst role with proven experience in business improvement within financial services
- Good interpersonal skills that foster cooperation and teamwork in a close team environment
- An ability to work autonomously and pro-actively with minimum supervision while meeting deadlines
- Working knowledge of risk management frameworks and an ability to link controls into process design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build effective internal business relationships
