We are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Strategist to join our team at Scentre Group, a leading retail destination owner and operator in Australia and New Zealand. This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled professional to drive financial planning and analysis, working closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to inform business decisions.

About the Role
  • Deliver short- and long-term forecasting, including treasury planning, to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze capital management opportunities and provide insightful recommendations to optimize financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to inform market messaging and quarterly updates.
  • Lead operational statistics analysis, driving insights and informing business strategies.
  • Prepare board papers that provide actionable insights and recommendations.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • A CPA or Chartered Accountant qualification is preferred.
