Job Summary:

Carpentry Trainer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpentry Trainer to join our team. As a Carpentry Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services to our students in the Hunter Valley region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver on-site assessments and provide face-to-face training support
  • Train and assess students in various delivery methods, including inline, classroom, or out on site
  • Manage a caseload of trainees and funded students, tailoring training to suit learner needs
  • Maintain quality and ensure compliance with all obligations
Requirements:
  • TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
  • Recent industry currency relevant to the Carpentry industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidentiality and integrity
  • Good teamwork and willingness to collaborate
