Operations Leadership Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Operations Lead, supporting the implementation and operational management of Addiction Medicine and Integrated Care services.

About The Position:

  • Location: Melbourne, Australia
  • Employment Type: Ongoing, Full-Time
  • Key Areas Of Oversight Include:
  • Hamilton Centre Partner Provider: This service supports people with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders to access integrated, inclusive, holistic care by providing training, primary and secondary consultations across the West Metro, Southwest and Grampian regions.
  • Addiction Medicine Outpatient Clinics: We operate several Addiction Medicine outpatient clinics within the western metropolitan region, including Footscray Hospital, Melton Health Hub, and Melton Mental Health & Wellbeing Local.

Responsibilities And Expectations:

  • Provide daily operational management of the services above
  • Ensure achievement of program KPIs and strategic goals
  • Ensure efficient and effective working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Support team members to deliver high quality, innovative and evidence-based interventions in line with Western Health's Values and Best Care framework

About You:

  • Experience in similar leadership roles
  • Passion for providing safe and modern care to clients with substance use disorders
  • Ability to lead with vision, courage, integrity, humility and focus
  • High levels of organisation, collaboration, adaptability and communication
