The role of a Job Coach is to empower clients to achieve job readiness and secure employment opportunities. This position involves working closely with clients to identify their goals and aspirations, developing skills and job-readiness, and providing support throughout the interview and employment process.
As a Job Coach, you will be part of a vibrant and collaborative team of employment services professionals who share a passion for helping people overcome challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably with demonstrated success in working with individuals facing obstacles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guiding clients towards job-readiness through tailored support and activities
- Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for clients
- Reverse marketing clients to employers to increase employment chances
- Ensuring all activities are appropriately recorded, documented, and compliant with contractual requirements
