The role of a Job Coach is to empower clients to achieve job readiness and secure employment opportunities. As a Job Coach, you will be part of a vibrant and collaborative team of employment services professionals who share a passion for helping people overcome challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably with demonstrated success in working with individuals facing obstacles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guiding clients towards job-readiness through tailored support and activities
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for clients
  • Reverse marketing clients to employers to increase employment chances
  • Ensuring all activities are appropriately recorded, documented, and compliant with contractual requirements
