As a Job Coach, you will play a pivotal role in empowering job seekers to achieve their employment aspirations.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Drive and motivation to excel in customer service and sales environments;
  • Ability to motivate and encourage clients to succeed;
  • Proven experience working with targets and key performance indicators;
  • Capacity to effectively manage a caseload;
  • Intermediate skills in the use of Microsoft Office software;
  • Previous Employment Services experience will be highly regarded (although not essential);
  • Current Police Clearance no greater than 6 months old (or ability to obtain).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare job seekers for employment through tailored services;
  • Actively engage with potential employers to secure job opportunities;
  • Gain a thorough understanding of local labour market needs and skill our Clients accordingly;
  • Encourage and motivate job seekers to find their own employment.
