About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Brand and Campaign Manager to join our passionate team. This role plays a pivotal part in steering campaigns for the meerkats, operating like an in-house marketing agency. You will be responsible for marketing Compare the Market's General Insurance portfolio, including Car, Home & Contents, Travel, and Pet Insurances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the brand strategy through effective campaign management and initiatives.
  • Ensure all communications and customer touchpoints align with the brand strategy and adhere to applicable legislation and internal policies.
  • Oversee brand codes to ensure alignment with the brand code library and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Provide insightful reports on branding effectiveness, offering valuable business insights into return on investment.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies and initiatives for continual improvement in customer and employee engagement, reporting, and systems within the CTM Marketing Department.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, either in client-side business or agencies.
  • Proficient in strategic brand and communications planning, with adept budget management, strong presentation abilities, exceptional stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution skills, and a solid grasp of the Microsoft Office suite.
