Aircraft Inventory Specialist

As an Aircraft Inventory Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our operations.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for managing the receipt, issue, storage, and dispatch of aircraft parts, tools, and non-aircraft items. You will also be required to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory levels and perform regular stock takes to ensure accuracy and availability of stored items.
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring that all items are properly received, stored, and dispatched.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures for storing and handling hazardous materials.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work well under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions
  • Work in a warehouse environment with frequent exposure to loud noises and varying temperatures.
  • Occasional overtime may be required to meet operational demands.
