Customer Service Reviewer Role

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Customer Service Reviewer. This role involves visiting retail outlets, acting as a customer and completing online surveys about their experiences.

The ideal candidate should have good memory, be reliable and possess internet access. The number of assignments will depend on availability, ability to complete tasks successfully, location, willingness to travel, flexibility and reliability.

Surveys can take from 10 minutes to an hour to complete. We have over 20 years of experience helping leading retail brands in Australia and New Zealand understand customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Visit retail outlets to observe store presentation, service, selling skills and cleanliness.
  • Act as a customer and make detailed observations about the experience.
  • Complete online surveys about the experience.

Requirements:

  • Detailed observation skills.
  • Good memory.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Internet access.
