Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinical Laboratory Technician. As a Clinical Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients with minimal supervision.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position that requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will work closely with medical professionals to collect and process blood samples for laboratory testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect blood samples from patients with minimal supervision.
  • Perform general laboratory duties, including registering requests and maintaining the work area.
  • Follow written instructions and procedures for laboratory tests.

Requirements

  • Experience in collecting diagnostic samples from patients of all ages.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work accurately with minimal supervision.
  • High-level interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.

Qualifications

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency required for permanent appointment.
  • Temporary appointment requires proof of eligibility to work in Australia.
