We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our team in a flagship boutique. Reporting directly to the Boutique Director, you will be responsible for mentoring, supporting, and motivating a high-performing sales team.

About the Role
In this critical position, you will:
- Drive Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize business opportunities, create efficiency, and synergies throughout the boutique experience.
- Client Development: Identify and execute client development plans and strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with various stakeholders to ensure a consistently exceptional client experience and maintain the highest level of courtesy and professionalism.
- Team Management: Ensure the sales team is aware of targets and client experience best practices, and manage partnership with third-party and internal stakeholders to contribute to overall client experience at every touchpoint.
- Technology Implementation: Promote the implementation of new technology-based service tools to improve customer engagement and experience.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Leadership Experience: +5 years of previous experience in retail, hospitality, or service-related management roles.
- Team Management: Have managed teams of +20.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Work Ethic: A strong work ethic and a passion to deliver high excellence in bespoke customer experience.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Well-organized with a high level of detail orientation and well-developed problem-solving skills with the ability to follow through and provide solutions.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
