Development Officer

The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Officer to join our Strategy, Planning and Innovation team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of strategic initiatives and clinical service planning to enhance service capabilities and drive innovation and reform.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to support CAHS to meet its key strategic direction and deliver on its objectives in alignment with WA Health reform directions and evidence-based practice.
Support project management of strategic initiatives and clinical service planning to ensure projects remain within scope, meet timelines and objectives, and identify potential risks.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders and partners across WA Health to inform strategies and clinical planning.
About Our Team
The Clinical Services Strategy, Planning, and Innovation department leads strategic clinical service planning across the CAHS, with a focus on enhancing service capabilities while driving innovation and reform. We work collaboratively with stakeholders and partners across WA Health to develop, implement, and continuously review internal and external processes for large-scale clinical service projects, ensuring alignment with community needs and State Government priorities.
