Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Tax Specialist, focusing on global mobility, fringe benefits tax, payroll tax, superannuation, employee share schemes, remuneration planning, and salary sacrifice arrangements for diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on fringe benefits tax, payroll tax, superannuation, employee share schemes, pay-as-you-go, and contractor versus employee matters, including audits and cross-border issues.
  • Deliver international assignment consulting and compliance services across various clients and matters.
  • Prepare complex fringe benefits tax returns using specialized software and review payroll tax returns.
  • Develop effective fringe benefits tax policies and procedures for employers and design strategic share plans for senior executives.
  • Collaborate with data and technology experts to create automated tools and mentor junior team members.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Similar or complementary role experience.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work independently.
  • Strong research and legal interpretation skills.
  • Proactive approach to client relationships and cross-selling services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Degree qualification in Accounting, Tax, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or Law.
