Job Opportunity: Desktop Support Specialist
">The company is looking for a skilled and experienced desktop support specialist to join their team. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients in a home office environment.
">Key Responsibilities:
">
  • In-house, remote, and on-site technical support for a diverse client base
  • Managing and responding to service desk requests and client incidents
  • Resolving issues quickly to meet customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshooting desktop and server problems for customers
  • Working effectively as part of a team
  • Ticket creation and reporting for all tasks
  • Maintaining regular written and oral communication with clients and their users
  • Maintenance and support of server hardware and software
  • Updating change documentation for client networks
  • Ensuring client tickets are closed within assigned SLAs
  • Management of MS Office 365 licensing and related tasks
  • Scheduling of remote and on-site services for clients
  • Monitoring of client backup and antivirus
  • Updating internal and client work procedures as needed

">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
  • Experience working in an MSP environment
  • Broad network knowledge (Domains, DNS, Wireless, LAN, FTP, VPN)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar support role
  • Strong computer diagnostic skills
  • Ability to follow through each job to completion without oversight
  • Microsoft Office 365 Administration - MS Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
  • High level of professional customer service
  • Roadworthy vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Complete police check and working with children check
