Our Product Legal Team plays a critical role in facilitating the development and launch of innovative products across multiple jurisdictions. As a Global Product Counsel, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product teams and stakeholders to launch and develop products in the Airwallex suite.
  • Provide strategic legal and regulatory advice on product ideas, from ideation to launch and expansion.
  • Coordinate with local counsel to identify optimal paths to market for key products.
  • Translate legal and regulatory advice into actionable solutions for product development.
  • Identify synergies and efficiencies in product development across jurisdictions.
  • Become an expert in key products and provide solution-oriented legal advice.
  • Collaborate with the Regulatory Compliance team and Product Marketing team.
Requirements
  • Law degree from a renowned university and 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong regulatory advisory and/or commercial disputes experience.
  • Proven experience as a solution-oriented lawyer who works strategically with non-lawyers.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and takes ownership of work.
