Job Title: Commercial Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Counsel to join our team at Marsh & McLennan Companies. As a key member of our legal team, you will provide expert legal advice and support to our business units, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

About the Role:
  • Provide commercial legal advice to our clients, including contract review and negotiation, risk management, and compliance.
  • Work closely with our business units to develop and implement legal strategies that support our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with our risk management team to identify and mitigate potential risks to our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that impact our business and provide guidance to our teams.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Counsel or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial law and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
