Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating all mobile maintenance activities in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring full statutory and safety compliance of all maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate will have a trade certificate in diesel fitting or auto electrician and 5+ years post-trade experience with large fleets of mobile mining machinery. They will also possess demonstrated experience with mine system maintenance, general computer skills, and excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.

In this role, the Equipment Maintenance Supervisor will mentor, coach, and roll out training and development plans to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate all weekly and daily mobile maintenance activities in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Solve daily and weekly technical and resource logistical problems.
  • Ensure full statutory and safety compliance of all maintenance activities.
  • Mentor, coach, and roll out training and development plans to team members.
