Job Title: Maintenance Leadership Role

A skilled and experienced supervisor is required to lead our maintenance team in Western Australia. As a leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe execution of conveyor belt maintenance activities across our WA mines.

  • Manage a team of technicians to execute maintenance tasks, adhering to safety standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop a positive team culture, promote high-performance safety, and demonstrate a responsible attitude.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A positive attitude and high standards of safety.
  • Strong communication skills and experience influencing others.
  • A completed or working towards Statutory Supervisor DMIRs exam.
  • The ability to lead and work within a team environment.
  • Extensive experience in conveyor maintenance, preferably in a shutdown environment.
