Job Title: Gold Class Manager

The primary objective of the Gold Class Manager is to oversee the daily operations of the Gold Class location, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Ensure the efficient operation of kitchen and bar facilities, as well as receipt of goods.
  • Stock Management: Collaborate with Food and Beverage Supervisor/Manager to order stock and maintain optimal levels.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene to required company standard and HACCP guidelines.
  • Team Development: Effectively manage priorities, train and motivate team members, and provide leadership.
  • Revenue Growth: Assist in meeting revenue targets through process knowledge, product innovation, and supplier relationship management.
Requirements:
  • Potential for career advancement to F&B Manager or higher roles.
  • Education: Completion of Grade 10 English and Maths.
  • Alignment with Guiding Principles: Team Oriented, Customer Focused, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, and Innovation.
