**About the role**:
Duties include but are not limited to:

- Providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
- Bartending and delivering food offerings to patrons.
- Cash handling and assisting customers with machine payouts.
- Troubleshooting gaming machines
- Deliver accurate information regarding the venue and promotions.

**About you**:

- Excellent communication skills and a friendly can-do attitude
- Ability to work a 7 day rotating roster including late nights and weekends.
- Strong Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Driver’s licence and reliable car
- Previous experience working in Hospitality, Gaming, TAB & Keno (desirable)
- RSA/ RCG (or willing to obtain)

Parramatta Leagues Club (PLC) is one of Australia’s most iconic Clubs in the Western Sydney region, strengthened by its sister club Vikings Sports Club (Dundas) and newly amalgamated Dural Country Club. Vikings Sports Club is a real family friendly venue, with great Bistro Meals and Little Vikings, a play area for the young ones.
