Our organization is seeking a seasoned Procurement Category Manager to join our procurement team. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to advance their career.

About the Position:
  • We are looking for an individual who can deliver sourcing activities, ranging from simple RFQs to complex tenders, to maximize commercial, operational and ESG outcomes.
  • The selected candidate will identify opportunities through spending analysis and collaborate with business units.
  • This person will plan and execute sourcing activities and commercial negotiations in line with the organization's processes.
  • The ideal candidate must be able to deliver on all ESG standards.
  • A key responsibility of this role is building and maintaining effective supplier and internal relationships.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
  • The successful candidate will have exceptional ability to prepare and execute complex commercial negotiations.
  • They must possess exceptional skills in manipulating master data, crunching numbers to identify spend trends and opportunities.
  • The selected individual will contribute to procurement strategy and framework development and assist in leading organizational change.
  • Extensive experience in undertaking procurement activities across diverse categories is required.
  • Familiarity with FMCG is desired but not mandatory.
