PFD Food Services is an essential service provider in the food distribution industry, and we're seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, with experience in managing multi-drop deliveries and handling cash transactions. They will also possess excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Planning, picking, and cross-checking orders;
  • Operating a truck safely to undertake multi-drop deliveries;
  • Hand-unloading food products (including chilled and frozen products) to customers;
  • Providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships with our customers;

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A MR truck licence (or higher);
  • A forklift license, preferably with high reach experience;
  • Cold storage experience;
  • The ability to physically load/unload containers and delivery vehicles;
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
