About the Role

The APS is seeking a highly skilled Training Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Training Systems & Governance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of all submarine training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with the Navy Training Quality Framework (NTQF)
  • Collect and analyze compliance information and provide advice to stakeholders
  • Write quality assurance reports and coordinate with training providers and students
  • Apply expert advice to influence business decisions and implement strategies to meet NTQF requirements
  • Build and sustain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

The Training Systems & Governance team is responsible for the development, quality assurance, and quality control of all submarine training. We are a collaborative and dynamic team that works closely with Navy members and outsourced service providers to deliver high-quality training.
