Job Description

At the forefront of innovation and collaboration, we are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in growing world-leading communications and battle management systems.

The Battlespace Communications System (BCS) combines cutting-edge hardware and software to provide unparalleled communications capability. This modular design allows for rapid deployment and customization for diverse mission needs.

This role is based in Brisbane and involves performing Systems Engineering activities to plan, design, develop, and verify systems with expertise in System Safety. Key responsibilities include supporting projects in understanding requirements and design implications, as well as identifying potential and realised performance and safety considerations.

Requirements
  • A tertiary degree qualification in an engineering or related technical discipline
  • Experience in Systems Engineering or Safety Engineering in a complex project environment
  • Excellent communication skills enabling influence on outcomes in a team environment

  • Capacity to identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards
