System Assurance Specialist
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the safety and reliability of signalling and infrastructure projects by delivering high-quality assurance services.
- Develop and manage system assurance frameworks to meet client objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments, plan, run, and document risk workshops to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Support business development by creating proposals, identifying project risks, developing method statements, and estimating resources and costs.
- 5-10 years of experience as a Systems Assurance Consultant or similar within Rail, with a degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Proven expertise in Train Control and Protection Systems for traditional or high-speed lines, including ETCS or CTCS, RBC, TCC, LEU, Balise, EVC, SDU, BTM, STM.
- Knowledge of Interlocking and Train/Vehicle Detection systems, such as Computer Based Interlocking, track circuits, axle counters.
Maintaining overall client satisfaction is essential. The System Assurance Specialist will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and industry participants to ensure delivery of quality results.
