Senior Flutter Developer Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Flutter Developer to lead the development of our mobile application.

This is a high-impact role that requires true influence on product direction, best practices, and mobile excellence in a growing business.

The successful candidate will have expertise in Flutter and strong knowledge of native iOS or Android development.

The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with REST APIs and integrating backend services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of the Flutter app and its integration with existing native iOS and Android apps.
  • Support native app development while providing ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and support for existing systems and platforms.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for mobile development.
  • Mentor and coach mobile developers, lifting technical skills and team capability.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in mobile development;
  • Deep expertise in Flutter, with strong knowledge of native iOS (preferred) or Android development;
  • Hands on experience with REST APIs and integrating backend services;
  • Proficiency with state management solutions such as Riverpod;
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges, architect resilient solutions, and drive technical excellence;
  • Tertiary qualifications in computer science will be highly regarded.
