Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to guide individuals back into the workforce with empathy and expertise. The successful candidate will conduct meaningful assessments, support career transition, and collaborate with health professionals and employers to craft impactful solutions.

This role involves designing tailored Return to Work plans focused on recovery and resilience, visiting workplaces to identify challenges, and championing safer and more inclusive environments.

The ideal candidate will be qualified in psychology, registered with AHPRA, and have full working rights and an Australian driver's licence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine individual needs and goals
  • Develop and implement personalized Return to Work plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders
  • Provide education and training on workplace modifications and accommodations

Required Qualifications:
