Gardens and Grounds Maintenance Staff Needed

Job Description:

This role involves overseeing property maintenance, including lawn mowing, edging, hedge and tree trimming, blowing, general cleaning, weeding, minor landscaping, mulching, and rubbish removal.

  • Lawn mowing and edging to maintain a high standard of turf presentation.
  • Hedge and tree trimming to ensure neat and tidy presentation.
  • Blowing to remove debris and leaves from hard surfaces.
  • General cleaning of the premises, including sweeping, dusting, and emptying bins.
  • Weeding to maintain a weed-free environment.
  • Minor landscaping tasks, such as planting flowers and shrubs.
  • Mulching to retain moisture in plants.
  • Rubbish removal to keep the premises clean and tidy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid manual driver's license is required.
  • The ability to drive and reverse while towing a trailer with confidence is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of work are necessary.
  • Independent work ethic and task ownership are also required.
  • This is a physically demanding role, requiring fitness and endurance.
