Estates Manager Role

The Estates Manager position requires a professional with the ability to manage complex tasks within an integrated workforce. The role necessitates a deep understanding of and adherence to contract requirements, including the Base Services Contract Statement of Work and Contract Change Proposal process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing workflow organization, making informed decisions, and interpreting contractor submissions for reimbursement. They will provide expert advice based on the contract Statement of Work, supplementary documents, and contract deliverables.

This role demands the capacity to review and enhance the quality of work undertaken by others, ensuring high standards are maintained. The Estates Manager will engage and communicate with stakeholders to identify, respond to, and provide guidance on contractual claims pursuant to the Base Services Contract.

They will also be responsible for reviewing and resolving complex contract issues escalated by customers, stakeholders, or contractors, providing direction to contractors to ensure mutually satisfactory solutions are implemented.
