**The Role**:

- Responsible for managing your own property portfolio
- Maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants to achieve positive results
- Financial reporting and responsibilities
- Rental arrears management
- Organising property maintenance
- Conduct periodic and final inspections.
- Manage enquiries and correspondence.
- Provide other support as required to ensure professional management of the portfolio
- Experience in property management
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Strong lateral thinking and a knack for problem solving and negotiation
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Agent's Representative Certificate and National Police Check
- A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

**Salary**: From $27.95 per hour

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (required)
