Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers, management, and technical staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Convey customer requirements and concerns to the workshop accurately, ensuring that all necessary information is captured and actioned.
  • Manage the daily on-flow of repair orders and invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Utilize strong sales skills to on-sell work to customers and advise on future maintenance requirements, driving revenue growth and customer loyalty.
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's previous experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • A strong mechanical knowledge background, with a solid understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostics.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, management, and technical staff.
  • Previous experience with Reynolds and Reynolds is highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Highly focused on customer satisfaction, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • A current NSW driver's license is required.
