Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and caring professional to provide patient care and support in Aged Care facilities across Greater Western Sydney region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient outcomes, possess the necessary qualifications and skills, and be passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care and support in Aged Care facilities
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient information
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
  • Bachelor of Nursing students who have completed their first-year placements
  • Current Flu Vaccine
  • COVID Vaccinated (with booster)
  • Current Police Check
  • Valid First Aid Certificate

Shift Work and Flexible Hours

This role involves working in Aged Care facilities across Greater Western Sydney region, providing patient care and support to individuals with varying needs. Shift work includes afternoon, day, morning shifts, and flexible hours may be required.

Licence/Certification Requirements

Licence/Certification requirements include Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Disability or equivalent, National Police Check, COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate, NDIS Worker screening check, and First Aid Certificate (preferred).
