About Us
We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at KFC Cannonvale, QLD. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their leadership skills and advance their career in the fast food industry.
Job Description:
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive and energetic work environment for all team members. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, while ensuring that our restaurants meet high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and develop management and team members to meet company standards
- Effective recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new staff
- Experience in the fast food industry, preferably in a supervisory role
- Create an inclusive and engaging workplace culture
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with regular customers
- Evaluate and implement initiatives to improve restaurant performance and customer satisfaction
- Manage labor costs and ensure efficient use of resources
