Restaurant Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned leader, you have the opportunity to drive sales growth and build engagement within your restaurant by leading a team of 20-50 members.

This is a people-focused role where you'll be empowered to support your team members' development, both personally and professionally, through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and creating talent pipelines for promotions.

You'll also be responsible for managing business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs, and taking ownership of our local matters program for your restaurant by engaging with your local community groups to make a difference.

Key qualifications include:

  • 6+ years of leadership experience, managing a team of 20+ within hospitality/entertainment venues
  • A proven track record of leading from the front and creating high-performing and engaged teams
  • Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and generating reports
