Productivity Accelerator

A pivotal role in supporting the acceleration of productivity with AI and best-in-class Design tools.

The successful candidate will oversee the full design toolchain—from ideation and prototyping through to handover and documentation—ensuring a cohesive, low-friction workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design toolchain ensuring a seamless workflow from ideation to delivery.
  • Partner internally across the Design Org and with technology teams to align on tooling needs, integrations, and best practices.
  • Serve as the enablement front door: triage intake requests, guide designers through operational processes, and connect them with the right resources or support.
  • Manage research tooling for designers (e.g., Maze, Dovetail), including access, onboarding, and support.
  • Lead pilots and structured evaluations for emerging tools: define success criteria, collect user feedback, and make clear recommendations to scale, optimize, or retire.
  • Coordinate procurement and vendor relationships: negotiate license terms, ensure compliance, and manage renewals in collaboration with Legal and Finance.
  • Monitor tooling health and adoption metrics—such as usage rates, satisfaction scores, and efficiency gains—to inform continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and evolve a self-service repository of guides, templates, FAQs, and process documentation to enable designers to resolve common challenges independently.
  • Stay informed on industry trends in design technology and AI, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance collaboration, innovation, and productivity.
