About the Role

Achieve Group is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Civil Estimator to join our clients' busy Projects Team on a permanent full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate tender documents, including drawings, design files, scope of works, bills of quantities, technical specifications, and standards.
  • Prepare a detailed cost analysis of the project.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best prices.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated with the latest practices, technology, and innovations.
  • Liaise with the project team to review tender proposals and ensure timely completion of cost estimates.
  • Prepare and deliver tender proposals, and conduct cost audits during project execution.
  • Maintain documentation and complete reporting as required by the company.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, including tender review and evaluation, cost analysis, and tender documentation.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
