About the Role:

  • Review and evaluate tender documents, including drawings, design files, scope of works (SOW), bills of quantities (BOQ), technical specifications, and standards.
  • Prepare a detailed cost analysis of the project.
  • Prepare relevant tender documentation, including Quality/Safety/Environmental Management plans, erosion and sediment control plans, traffic management plans, methodologies, etc.
  • Assess any risks associated with the works.
  • Prepare material take-offs.
  • Complete the preliminary construction program.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best prices.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated with the latest practices, technology, and innovations.
  • Liaise with the project team to review tender proposals.
  • Prepare and deliver tender proposals.
  • Ensure timely completion of cost estimates by due dates.
  • Conduct cost audits during project execution.
  • Attend site and internal meetings as required.
  • Maintain documentation and complete reporting as required by the company.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to tender on predominantly civil projects and incorporate other disciplines such as structural, mechanical, and electrical.
