We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Professional to join our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient operation and management of IT services across Australia, New Zealand, and South Korea.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage the IT Helpdesk ensuring timely responses and updates to tickets.
  • Office 365 administration, manage device deployment, and oversee device management.
