Director - Formation and Mission Leadership

This is a dynamic, multi-disciplinary leadership role that supports the delivery of quality formation services and promotes the values of Catholic identity.

The successful candidate will have 5 years of leadership experience and tertiary qualifications in theology, religious studies or a similar field.

Key responsibilities include leading the development and delivery of formation programs, working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, and executing strategic planning and reporting initiatives.

Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical ability, and communication skills are essential for this role.
