As a seasoned Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations at our Schiphol location, ensuring continuity and excellence across all aspects of the operation. You'll be responsible for leading a talented team of team leads, planners, supervisors, and technicians.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in workshop, fleet, or equipment operations, with experience in maintenance and asset management. They will also have excellent people management skills and a hands-on leadership style.

A key responsibility will be to improve maintenance performance by ensuring compliance with internal protocols and technical standards. You will guarantee high availability and reliability of equipment through effective planning and maintenance practices.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive, structured mindset and be fully fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written). They should also demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and responsibility in everything they do.

We are looking for someone who can foster a robust safety culture, embedding it into daily habits and routines. The successful candidate will ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
