Key Responsibilities- Developing and delivering innovative organisational development, leadership, learning, and workforce capability strategies that align with departmental and whole-of-government priorities.
- Overseeing critical workforce functions including recruitment, workforce planning, employment contracts, and governance of the Human Capital Management System.
- Managing divisional operations including high-volume recruitment campaigns, workforce reporting, and executive support services.
- Championing diversity, inclusion, and Aboriginal workforce strategies, embedding these principles into talent, leadership, and organisational development programs.
