Job Description:

We're looking for a skilled Career Acceleration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving exceptional experiences for graduates and interns from onboarding to program roll-off.

Your primary goal will be to lead innovation and excellence across the program, ensuring that our graduates receive the best possible training and development opportunities. This includes delivering briefing sessions and communications to leaders and graduates, as well as overseeing key responsibilities such as project management and change initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances. You should also have a passion for continuous improvement and a proven track record of delivering projects and initiatives.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Proven experience in early career program management, engagement or talent development
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions
