Key Responsibilities:
- Design, operationalise, and optimise advanced analytics models, segmentation strategies, and automated marketing personalisation journeys to enhance the supporter experience and maximise organisational value.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, objectives, and challenges, and collaborate to define the scope and goals of potential models.
- Analyse large amounts of data to extract meaningful patterns, trends, and insights, and use statistical methods and data mining techniques to uncover hidden relationships within the data.
- Deliver insights that inform strategic business decisions, optimise processes, and identify new opportunities, with clear implications for business strategy.
Requirements:
- Strong experience working with Azure ML is a must.
- Previous experience working as a Data Scientist.
- Robust skills in collaborating with and influencing diverse stakeholders by translating complex business challenges into data-driven solutions, leveraging strong analytical skills to interpret results and drive actionable insights.
- Experience with AI tools and techniques would be desirable, however not essential.
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages like Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and implementation of machine learning algorithms.
- Tertiary qualifications in Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics or similar.
