About You

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Data Analyst who possesses advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables), proficiency with HRIS (Chris21 experience is a bonus), familiarity with Power BI, and strong analytical skills to interpret and present complex data.

  • Background in payroll reporting, HR, or data analytics.
  • Experience producing workforce dashboards and managing reports.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication.
